Really rough on the skin. I have a survival cuff that isn't as rough as this stuff and is filled with mini survival gear. It was pleasantly dry and wet. It wasn't comfortable when dry, so I didn't buy it to test in adverse conditions. So strength rating lol? Can last forever and chew on the skin.
