I like how easy it was for me as an admin user without any training or knowledge about software development/programming at first glance! The documentation could be improved by adding videos explaining some features (especially if you're not familiar with programming). Also there are many things which can't even figure out what they do but just click them anyway - so don;t trust those buttons blindly :) You must have experience using this platform because otherwise i would suggest other platforms instead since their support seems less reliable than here. We use our own internal system called "Empower" where we manage employees' time offs etc., then once every year calculate vacation payouts & salary adjustments accordingly before sending invoices after each month ends via emailing everyone's payroll details within empower database into horizon hrms programmabily through API connection between both systems.
