This pan is amazing! I've looked for similar ones at gourmet stores, but the price of this one was reasonable enough to try. I'm glad I did! Definitely use baking spray. I've had it since day one and it's great. Some reviews said a standard box of brownie mix wouldn't fill all 12 compartments, so on my first try I only filled 8 compartments with a mix box. Don't do this if you don't want brownie cakes! Since then I've used a standard box with mix evenly distributed across all 12 spots and have gotten a dozen perfectly sized brownies every time. Cleaning takes minutes. I highly recommend this pan!
