Received the pan yesterday and have used it twice. I'm so in love with this! It makes the perfect mini cakes. It made my lemon tart even tastier. The cakes will brown evenly and have a nice, tasty crust. Not sure about the nonstick part because I oiled and floured the pan before baking. I'm glad I read ALL the reviews on this pan! I AGREE that a good plan for preparing brownies is at the temperature listed on the package for about 25 minutes. I use a shovel to fill in the holes. I try to make a dozen not-too-large cakes because the mixture fills 12 holes to make a good portion of cake for one person.
