Review on Premium Non-Stick 12-Cavity Bar Baking Pan by Wilton, Crafted from Steel with Perfect Results by Yoganand Stradley

Received the pan yesterday and have used it twice. I'm so in love with this! It makes the perfect mini cakes. It made my lemon tart even tastier. The cakes will brown evenly and have a nice, tasty crust. Not sure about the nonstick part because I oiled and floured the pan before baking. Homemade cake spray (you can find the recipe on Google) worked great. I am very satisfied with this pan and can recommend it. It's heavy, durable and the quality is excellent. I'm so excited to be making mini cakes for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
