I haven't baked a brownie in years. YEARS! I saw this pan and thought about what my daughter told me about what she loves most about the edges of brownies. I had to get it and see if this pan would make each edge of each brownie the same as the corner pieces. IT DOES! I've made the brownies twice a week with Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Blend and they are amazing. I spray the pan with some PAM, spread the mixture about halfway, and then bake. Cakes slide easily and the pan is easy to clean by hand. And I don't have to ruin the pan trying to cut the brownies into squares! These are the perfect brownies. I shouldn't be so excited about cake, should I?
