update: the terrible experience is over. The filter works great and looks very good. It took me a few days to recover from the injury of having to install half twice, but it's not the seller's fault someone at the distribution center dropped it and the parts were damaged. I have now given four stars. because the seller really tried to help me and fix everything. They did everything they could to make me feel my very disappointed voice was heard. My constant reservations, it's much easier with two people. One on the outside to hold components in place and a small person to fiddle with under the sink. One person can do it, but it can be a pain in the ass. Beginning of the story: When the first block was damaged, the second block arrived two days later. I started the installation with the first block (I installed everything myself except the filter because the bracket was broken) Completed the installation of the block (for the first time after installing the second block). Installation is pretty easy, but I don't have a lot of space under my sink so this was an issue. Unfortunately, there is practically no water. I ran it for 15 minutes and the water flow didn't improve at all. The truth sometimes stops. I haven't heard from support yet, but I've diagnosed the problem. The mixer from the first set also failed. Now I've put everything back in my very cramped locker. If it had worked the first time, I would have given five stars. If it works a second time I would give it four stars because it arrived damaged. I understand it was the same unit that arrived damaged, forcing me to cancel everything again to install a third time. But they lose another star for that. I give three stars and a warning. It's pain in a small space. If a second pair of hands would help me, then maybe it wouldn't be so bad. But the hassle of this device coming with such a bug from Amazon really pissed me off.
