the jewels are very shiny and the overall ring is beautiful. However, the barbell was quite short, and it was too tight for my piercing. I ended up wearing it for a couple of days, until the top part came unscrewed in the shower and fell down the drain. I think it was a result of the tight fit and poor manufacturing, and the post that screws in was short as well, which is why I believe the ring came undone and fell out.
