This product, let's call it the Not-So-Smooth Operator, has been a bit controversial. While he did his job well enough, I couldn't help but feel that there were better options. The design was clunky and not very user friendly, and there were too many glitches for my liking. On the other hand, it had some nice features and it was certainly better than nothing. So overall I'd say Not-So-Smooth Operator is worth considering if you're looking for something in this category, but you might want to keep your options open. Three stars.
