Just what I need to help my kids practice kicking, grabbing, punching, elbowing and kneeling. did you understand my drift? It's perfect for all the rough action. The many different handles set it apart from other mats as you can stabilize it and control it from different angles. Others can slip out of your hands. So I think the design really improves security. This is a great addition to my home gym and trust me adults can warm up to this full power and the mat will hold up. They can fold, but not this rug.
