In general, this chair is comfortable. I also think it looks good. The castors are smooth-running, the pneumatic seat height adjustment works well. The back support is pretty good. The price is definitely good. There are a few things I don't like. First thing I noticed during assembly was that one of the threaded holes had come loose and was free to rotate. So one of the four arm/back mount screw holes isn't connected as tightly as we'd like. Second, the armrest placement doesn't offer much flexibility for people of different body types. The armrests are fairly widely spaced, a bit short in overall length, a little taller than we'd like, and are usually placed closer to the back of the seat. This doesn't leave many options for hand placement, you either like it or you don't. If the armrests were a bit longer and pulled forward to be flush with the front edge of the seat, you would at least have more freedom to place your hands where it's most comfortable, but because the armrests are a bit short. , this option is not available. About the nature of the high-back chair. I'm about 5ft 11" tall and the top of the chair is at the base of my skull. This chair provides support for my shoulders, but if you expect head support, I think you must be in the lower US demographic. But I'm not complaining too much about the price. It costs significantly more to buy a similar chair with a really high back and adjustable armrests, I pretty much knew what I was getting into when I made this purchase. It's quite comfortable and stylish, I'm not complaining too much but be aware of the limitations that come with this purchase.
