Nice addition to Pasta nights
We have weekly pasta night that the whole family enjoy, this rack became quickly a nice addition to the pasta making rituals. Once I learned the unlocking mechanism and did couple of times I became able to unfold it much faster. The maximum it will handle for drying is about 600 g of flour pasta equivalent.
