I broke the first one I ordered because I didn't rotate it before installing it in the bracket. I don't remember reading the instructions that said that. Other than that, I like this stand as it holds the phone at the right angle for me. However, when the road bounces a little it moves, the puff doesn't really do anything, you just have to manually adjust it after the bumps, and I mean serious bumps. I recommend this product to everyone, it offers easy access to take your phone with you when needed and it doesn't cover most of the phone just tiny edges at each corner.
