I like how easy it was to set up my account with them! It took only 2 days for me get through all of their documents about everything i needed from setting things in place at work as well has what employees need when they are offsite or out sick etc..
The platform works great but sometimes can be confusing so if there isn't someone around who knows exactly where you should go look next then its hard figuring stuff uo yourself because some information may not even have been added yet - which makes troubleshooting difficult especially during busy times such as holiday season (when our customers will call asking questions). Great service though!! So far everyone we've worked w/has loved working wiht us :) They really care & want ou tto win business by providing good customer support every time.
