These are beautiful, soft, cozy and warm and fit to size. I'm an 8 regular and it was perfect with bare feet or my thick-ish wool socks.These were my first pick out of four shearling wool slippers except the soul which you can walk outside in briefly but for me the 1/4 inch thick sole was too thin. I could feel the floor too much for my needs as I get sore feel easily. I knew after a few months they wouldn't give me the cushioning I need; however if you want leightweight and warm then they'd be perfect.I decided to buy this same company's similar slipper- named SLPR Fernie -Slide/clog slipper style because of the ease of getting on and the sole is a 1/2 inch thick and has better support. I still would have picked this as my number one had the sole been thicker and more durable.SLPR please make a thicker soul and I'd buy this in a second. I highly recommend if the sole thickness doesn't matter to you.
