This toothbrush didn't work and I thought the batteries were dead. It was incredibly difficult to remove the battery cover and I went through all the trouble of changing the batteries and it still didn't work. I was able to hit it and finally turn it on, but it's pathetically weak and ineffective (that's for my kid). After a few days it stopped working permanently. Don't even bother to replace it. I even paid extra for the night because I can't go outside for a few days and my kids need a spare toothbrush. Such a waste! Please don't waste your money. I get a regular rotating toothbrush from the drug store or Walmart.
