I like how easy it was for me to get up and running quickly with our implementation. It has been very flexible in terms of what we could do and when. There are some things we would have liked if they had an option available but there aren't many limitations. You should give this service serious consideration especially if you need flexibility with customization or want something hosted outside of AWS services. We needed an off premises solution that allowed us to host both files and metadata. This allows us to be more efficient and focus solely on work product. Metadata will allow our team to collaborate better as well.
