GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT Why doesn't my Epson printer recognize when the tank is full?

UPDATE 10/10/20: The seller took great care of my concern. Got a refund, very good customer service. The ink continues to work well in my Epson printer, but this still indicates I'm low on ink despite a full reservoir. The seller says they are working on this issue. Adding ink to my Epson ET-2550 tank is easy enough and my prints come out fine. However, the stock level is not reset to full. Is there a special ingredient in Epson ink that their printers recognize, or maybe it's a bug in the Epson software?
