This thing has many uses! I wanted a watch that would accurately count my steps and track my mileage. I looked at apple watches but they were VERY expensive! After reading the reviews of different brands, I found this one and ordered it. They arrived exactly a week ago and I'm still amazed at how many features this watch has: * It shows the exact date, time, steps and kilometers. I tested the accuracy of this watch by walking without moving my arms and it still counted my every step! It's very accurate! When I received the watch it was set for 24 hours and metric. This can easily be changed in the app on your phone. * It also allows you to see your latest messages/emails but not reply to them. It also has various notification options including emails, phone calls, and other apps. * Sleep analysis. * Weather at your current location. * Health section that measures your blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen levels. * Workout section that tracks how long you've been in a given activity, how many steps you've walked, miles you've run and your heart rate. Some of the exercise options include walking, running, cycling and ski jumping. * It also has a music "app" that allows you to pause, play or rewind a song in your phone's playlist. * You can adjust the brightness and is a super bright version of the flashlight. * There is also a way to access your phone's camera and press the button on the watch to take a picture on your phone. * You have a stopwatch. One review says the clock turns on while you sleep. If you swipe down on the watch's home screen, you'll get shortcuts to some of the watch's key features, including the lock screen. I used it at night and my watch won't turn on. To turn it off in the morning, just press the button on the watch. Dead easy! The only downside I could find is that you can't customize the smartwatch's training range for sports other than the 7 listed. The charge lasts for about 4-5 days. I have an iPhone 6 and it is compatible with it. I really recommend this watch to everyone! I couldn't be happier with this purchase.
