Recently, I bought something from Truebro's online store in an effort to enhance my kitchen hardware. I was, however, really dissatisfied in their inadequate customer service. First of all, there was no information from their end regarding the delivery delay, which was approximately a week. The product was of terrible quality and didn't match the description on their website when I eventually received it. When I contacted their customer service department, I received impolite and unhelpful responses. They refused to offer a refund or an exchange and showed little interest in my opinion of the company or their product. Dealing with them was frustrating, and I wouldn't suggest Truebro to anyone searching for trustworthy and high-quality fixtures or tools for home improvement. Search elsewhere to save yourself the trouble.
