I got this two days ago, I wanted something cute and small for my bedside table. It worked the first two times I filled it up, and then last night I filled it up, turned it on and went to bed. It was working when I went to bed and when I woke up about 3 hours later it was off. This morning I went to refill it and found it was full. and now it doesn't work. The cotton tube is impregnated, there is a spring and the cord works because the light is on. I used tap water. There's no more troubleshooting, it's just cheap junk. I will send it back 🤷🏼‍♀️
