I don't usually write negative product reviews and don't pay attention to efforts in advanced ones. But on this particular junk I decided to write about my experience to save a potential buyer from disappointment: I ordered this product from Revain on July 8th and it arrived 21 days later (2 days ago). The product came in nice packaging, everything seems fine. I turned it on and it booted up with a preinstalled Windows 10 account. The battery wasn't fully charged so I connected the included charger and proceeded with setting up the account. Windows automatically installed some updates in the background as soon as I connected my computer to the internet. After about an hour, the battery was about 90% charged and Windows reported that some updates required a restart. I restarted the machine and from that point on there was neither the Chuwi logo nor Windows on boot; Just a black screen and LEDs on the tablet itself and on the keyboard turning on and off. I spoke to Revain support who first suggested rebooting the device in some way e.g. So they suggested I send it back for a full refund. I just sent it back to Revain Returns this morning. It cost me about $65 to send it back and Revane told me they would refund my money for it. Since I already paid $279 for the item, I really hope there is $60.20 for shipping and handling from Revain to me and $77.42 for the import fees Revain im calculated in advance. The total amount I spent including return shipping was $481.62! Too much money due to poor experience and lack of product availability. Bottom line: Invest your money in a more well-known brand, even if you have to pay extra for it.
