This is a fairly effective shampoo and conditioner combination. It's quite thick, lathers well and rinses off easily. The scent is unusual and attractive - it's a kind of fruity scent that is very well received. The conditioner is fairly light and works better on short hair than on long hair. This is not a tear free shampoo. Not a problem for me, but I mention that others should use this for toddlers and are more used to tear-free baby/baby shampoo formulas. You must be careful not to get it in your eyes. It is well packaged and there were no leaks (which is not common with shampoos/soaps). I love that it comes with a regular lid and a flip lid (packaged separately). The only downside to the overall design is that this is not a bottle that can stand upside down. The latter is nice to have to ensure the entire contents of the bottle are used up. It's expensive per ounce, but it has enough unique qualities (good composition, pleasant smell, good properties, and made in the USA). that it is worthwhile. 4.5 stars.
