SERIOUS CHOKING HAZARD! I do not recommend anyone to put them on their cats. In fact, these are not "outliers". I discovered this after a traumatic incident the very first day I put it on my kitty. He came down the stairs, his collar stuck in his mouth and his paws bloody from trying to cling to him while he gagged. The collar did not come off immediately. There's no way this thing will "break off" if the cat gets stuck somewhere and tries to escape. It requires human strength. I'm lucky my cat is alive. They look very cute and the matching bracelet is cute, but putting that collar on a cat is a terrible idea.
