I bought this remote control to use with Apple TV and LG OLED TV. I don't like the remote that came with the Apple TV because the touchpad is difficult to control accurately and makes skipping TV ads on YouTube TV a hell of an experience. The TV interface is much simpler and more logical. I can also use it to turn the TV on and off and control the volume. Pairing the remote with the Apple TV and LG TV was quick and easy. Here's what I don't like: the remote control interface with the LG TV. not properly programmed. When I press the top menu button, the TV input menu appears, but I cannot exit this menu. There's no back button to take you out of input select mode once you get there. My biggest criticism is the buttons on the remote control. Every click is very loud. When I have to press multiple times to skip commercial breaks, this thing makes a rumble that can be heard throughout the house. It's annoying and unnecessary. At this price the remote is a bargain and if it had quieter buttons I would be a lot happier with it.
