I like that you are able to create protocols, manage data, and perform analysis as well as receive updates. It is easy to navigate through all of the features and it's quick to fill out forms. There could be more training for new employees so they can use the system as easily as an experienced user. The main benefit is the ability to have a central place where we can keep all of our documents in one place and access them from anywhere. It has allowed us to decrease the time and effort needed to send documents back and forth between different offices.
