I gave two stars because they fit and look live. The service is actually 5 stars but I couldn't rate the size and look like a 5. The hats were different sizes, which was odd. They became fewer and fewer. These are not floppy hats unless they are on baby's head OR you wear them on the back of your head. My head is not big, but I have long hair (very small curls). However, I've never had a problem with wearing floppy hats. They are cute in the photo, but not so much in real life. The rest came quickly, well packaged. Unfortunately they are not for me. send her back
