I don't have orange palm problems like others do, but I always towel dry my palms before going to the tanning bed. The smell is okay. It always smells like tanning bed no matter what lotion you use. I didn't notice him staining my clothes, but I toweled myself dry again before getting dressed. I would buy again. Still, I was running fast, so I can't confirm the bronzing.
