Review on JIASTING Mid-Century Retro Modern Accent Chair: Wooden Arm Upholstered Tufted Back Lounge Chairs With Square Leg In Black by Nathan Kumar

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Easy to assemble if you DON'T follow the instructions!

The instructions for these chairs were completely wrong. There are 2 sizes of bolts it comes with. Where you are told to use the shorter length you need to actually use the longer length. And then the other way around in some other areas but not all. The instructions say it comes with 11 spring washers. Nope, only 3 so you better pick which 3 bolts you want to have spring washers. The plastic covers for the holes do not fit. The holes are too small on some - they immediately popped off and now missing. The chairs "look" great but they are VERY firm and not very comfortable. I'm hoping they'll soften up a bit. I contacted customer service with these issues and they did confess that they "misplaced the assembly instructions for this batch" and provided an attachment but this was after the fact and I figured it out on my own. They did not offer to send any replacement washers and they told me to use some glue for the plastic covers - well that doesn't help if the covers are too big for the hole. I'm definitely disappointed.
