I bought these fans at the last minute a few days before my September wedding in Washington DC for guests to take home as souvenirs. I also decided to add a fan to each of my bridesmaid gift bags. Considering it was Labor Day weekend in Washington and temperatures were hovering in the 90s, these fans couldn't be MORE PERFECT. Not only did fans look beautiful and complemented the aesthetic of our garden wedding, but people used them to keep cool in the summer heat! dress for that day. Luckily, my bridesmaid carried hers with her and helped me fan myself during all of our wedding photos in the glorious sunshine. The bridesmaids and guests LOVE the fans, the grooms wanted them to have fans and I loved seeing the fans actually being used by everyone! Thank goodness I ordered them because they were a HUGE HIT. For a wedding of 170 guests I really didn't think many people would use/take fans so I only ordered 48. Wow, I was wrong, we had NONE!
