Since COVID I've been working from home and don't have the Plantronics branded headset that I liked in the office. I've been using my phone all the time since I started working remotely. I found out because I'm tired of people telling me they can't hear me through the headphones on my iPhone. The headset has only been used 1 day but the sound is clear on both sides. Today there wasn't a single person who would "request a repeat" or "please turn up the microphone because I can't hear you". The battery lasted a full 8 hours of talk time with around 20 people, including a 90 minute conference call and several longer calls. This happened, after charging it last night and pairing it to my iPhone and leaving it as a connected pairing. No indication I'll need to recharge it overnight, but even if I have to, it gets me through the day with moderate to heavy use and I'm happy with it. If the battery lasts more than two or three days on a single charge, then that's a lot for what I'm using it for. I haven't heard any music with him, so I can't comment on that. However, the voice-to-voice transmission is excellent. It sits well on my head, is adjustable and lightweight. No problem with Static/Deep Voice/Light Voice/Corridor/Echo. Very clear voice and sound. I can't really comment on the noise cancellation, but I didn't notice any background issues, and people didn't notice any of mine. Easy to take the call and the BT connectivity and distance seems strong as I can walk around without my phone and not lose pairing or drop out of audio. There's a lot to choose from, but I'm happy with my choice. Good value for money. I'll update my review if I have battery issues, audio issues, or performance issues during or after break-in.
