I've only had this stool a few days so can update this review after using it a few times. First POSITIVE impressions:* comfortable; Rocking is there but not wild - I don't feel any risk *definitely encourages better sitting posture (at least for me) *at 5ft 4in my feet can be firmly planted on the ground along with the seat in the lowest position*my feet can also make me comfortable rest on the stand itself, and I do this occasionally because it relieves some of the lower back fatigue I feel after sitting with my feet on the floor for a while (toggling seems like a good idea in general). , but especially once you get used to the new chair)* Easy to adjust height ONE COMPLAINT – FIXED FIXED FIXED 3/24/18 I complained that the wheels didn't roll easily enough Uncaged Ergonomics responded immediately asking for details and emailed me then a new set of wheels my stool rolls fine now (I used neoprene lined rug underneath if you're wondering just to protect my wooden floor). excellent customer service.
