Disappointing Arts and Crafts Luminarias
According to my experience, these luminarias were a huge disappointment .The blue color was dull and unattractive and overall they felt cheaply made. The only positive was that they were easy to assemble. I would not recommend these for anyone looking for quality party decorations..
