Moisturizes the skin well but doesn't heal anything. I have a serious problem with the fact that my hands dry out so quickly and I often get small cracks in my skin. As advertised, this product moisturizes well. I'm not complaining about it, but unfortunately it doesn't heal my skin tears. I was expecting an improvement in the cracks, but it didn't. They just got wet and didn't get any worse. That's all. Well I may have expected too much from this product because it was expensive. I still use cheap petroleum jelly every day. It works well on my skin although I hate this lotion.
