This monitor arrived very well packaged and protected for transport. I opened the box, removed the monitor, installed the base, plugged it in and was ready to go. It came with an HDMI cable which was a plus. Setup is intuitive and easy. I use mine on a high low workstation and it works great. This is my second Acer monitor that I have bought and I am very happy with the great quality for such a low price!
