The stand causes the monitor itself to sit at a slight angle, probably just 3-4 degrees out of plane. But it's enough to drive you crazy very quickly. There's no way to tweak it, fix it, nothing. These monitors are really good. The thin bezel gives you a large screen without looking bulky and the picture quality is excellent. The only downside I found was the rear mounting port. If you hold this monitor on a stand, everything is fine. However, if you plan to mount this motor on a wall or other stand, DO NOT BUY. To be honest, I expected a cheaper quality monitor when I ordered it. After reading almost 50 reviews I decided the price was worth the risk. I even bought one that was in an open box. The screen quality exceeded my expectations. The monitor is very light and stable thanks to the round base. Only thing is it doesn't have a displayport which I forgot to check. But HDMI is still good. If you are on a budget I recommend this monitor for gaming or just for work.

What a difference compared to the standard 17 inch monitor that came with our Dell desktop! We like the wide screen, we can work with several documents and applications at the same time. We don't use it for gaming so I can't comment on it, but the resolution and rendering are fine for home office use. The image sharpness is good, the colors are bright, no problem! Plugged it in and it worked, didn't even need to download drivers or anything.

I have this monitor on my bedroom table. It doubles as my computer monitor and with my Roku for movies. I bought it for only $200 and the brightness and color are good for a cheap 27 inch monitor. I am satisfied with the image quality and size. I need a bigger screen because my neck hurts which causes headaches when working. So this help and for the price the picture quality is excellent. My only concern is that sometimes the screen turns purple when I turn it on, or if it stays on after turning the laptop off and on again. It's sharp, bright, and (unlike many modern monitors) has three inputs - HDMI, DVI, and VGA; Most monitors these days DO NOT include DVI. These are definitely good monitors - very lightweight and easy to set up. I'm very happy with them, apart from the fact that "Zero Frame Design" is bullshit. The outer bezel is about 3/32 inch, but it is from the outer edge, at 7/16 inch, that the picture starts and there is no way to adjust it to the edge of the monitor. So if you have two monitors, there will still be a 7/8 inch black line in the middle of your image.
