Bought with the expectation that it would be too big I needed it to fit over the pillow and sling coming with shoulder surgery for a not small man be delivered type (2xl normal). It worked. There was enough room to pull him over the sling and pillow for the first few days when it hurt to move his arm. The aching arm stayed in the shirt and was fine for the first few days. Many Thanks.
