Review on ๐Ÿง˜ Versatile and Durable ProsourceFit Tri-Fold Folding Thick Exercise Mat for Tumbling, MMA, Gymnastics, and More by Willie Midkiff

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good padding for floor exercises.

This isn't a heavy weight wrestling training mat that you can train on all day, but if all you want to do is floor exercises and stretches then it looks like it will do the trick. I have hardwood floors and my knees and elbows are injured, so doing planks, sit-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, yoga-style stretches, etc. is a lot more fun. As long as it stays in place and cleans well, the gaps between sections are pretty small. The padding is good, much better than a regular exercise mat. The material covering the padding is quite thin, so I'm reluctant to put in much effort, like stretching my calves hard, but I can do it on the floor without padding, so it doesn't matter. It's thick enough to handle some acrobatic throws or light martial arts throws, although I probably wish there was a larger area for that, and the thinner material covering the padding might not make it ideal for that kind of heavy use. Overall it looks like good value for money. I will update the review if I encounter any issues.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Incredible piggy bank
