No sore muscles after intensive training!

I swear by this stuff! My sister suggested this and even sent me some when I started exercising again (after many years). To be honest I didn't know if I was working hard enough during my workouts because my muscles weren't sore. As I started seeing results in my body, I realized that it wasn't because of my sore muscles. Eventually, when I ran out of this brand's products, I tried my brother's BCAAs and had so much muscle pain I couldn't walk straight for a week. You better believe I ordered more of this stuff right away!
