Worked on my 07 H3 - Anti-theft device

Ordered 3 for my 07 Hummer H3. When I bought the car it didn't have one, called the locksmith, they told me there was no guarantee it would work. But I took a chance and it definitely worked and saved hundreds of dollars by snagging them. You have to go to a locksmith to program it, try to avoid dealers who will tell you they can't program unless you buy there. OS works!
