later SR 20 Jun 21 8.X one didn't need any modification I am very happy with my purchase which saved $$$ off the $40 price advertised by the dealer at the time of the oil change. Use this in my 2012 SRX Caddy. Although the diagram is correct, there are some places that need to be changed due to interference. So it can be made to work, but it doesn't fit out of the box.
