i like this mop though! We sealed wood floors and baby and our floors never felt clean to me using our regular mop. When I got this I waited the whole 15 minutes to assemble and use it and I'm so glad I bought it. My floors have never been cleaner and I can't express how happy I am that I no longer have to mop the floor under my daughter's high chair to keep it clean. And now I can disinfect it too! (Her high chair is in the sealed brick kitchen so it's not affected by the heat.) I can clean an entire floor in about 15 minutes with this steam cleaner. The length of the cord is also very useful when cleaning an entire living room without having to plug and unplug it just to get to the other side. The block was easy to put together, the pads fit without any problems. The guide is very user friendly. I love that it comes with a water cup to pour over the mop. One of the reasons I gave it less than 1 is because I'm hoping there will be a portable version of it that you can pull out of a large steam cleaner like other products available. But in general everything works as promised.
