Loved using these on my 18 month old son. We noticed right away that these don't have such a plastic chemical smell like other popular brands. And these did better at preventing overnight leaks than the other brand did as well. Not perfect, we did have a few leaks, but not nearly as frequently as the other diapers. I love that these are plant based and have a better chance of breaking down. And while I'm not a "chemicalphobe", I do appreciate and gravitate towards options with less chemicals in them. These diapers are indeed unscented, no real smell to them whatsoever. I do wish the packaging was a little easier to open, I usually have to take a scissor blade and very carefully cut open the package so I can easily pull the diaper out without completely tearing the package apart.
