Review on 🪑 NOVELLAND Ergonomic Office Chair: Mesh Back Support, Lumbar Support, High Back & Headrest – Adjustable Arms by Dee Flores

Original rating (06/17/2021): 1 star Bought this chair about a month ago. I use it for work and sit in it 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday. I don't have kids so it's not used as a jungle gym. The hydraulic piston of the chair has already broken and no longer holds the chair. When the chair is raised, the seat will slowly lower after less than 5 minutes of sitting. I hope it will be replaced or returned depending on the option. I will update this post after the final decision. Update (08/20/21): The 4-StarsNOVELLAND support reacted very quickly to my chair problem. They sent me new parts for the entire chair subassembly free of charge. New parts arrived within days but the chrome base (five star leg) was badly damaged. I informed NOVELLAND of the problem, sent them some pictures and they sent another new part, again free of charge for me. It took me a little longer to receive this part but it arrived undamaged. I'm increasing my original rating from 1 star to 4 stars for customer service only and expect the chair to work properly after installing new parts which I haven't done yet. I will update this review if there are more issues.
