The support from lead comm was incredible, I would give them 10 stars if possible! They were always available to answer questions or help with an issue that arose during our implementation process (which we had many!).
We used their services primarily as part-time consultants/advisors but they also helped us out when things got difficult at times too - which made life easier all around!! Not much dislike about this software so far though it's still new enough where there are some kinks yet ironed out by now :) It has been very easy integrating into my CRMs both Salesforce & HubSpot via Zapier integrations along wtih other third party apps like Marketo etc.,.
