The support team are very efficient at answering all your questions without any delay or hesitation; if you feel stuck they will help guide right through so that everything runs smoothly again afterwards with no issues downfalls left behind by them as well!! The support from lead comm was incredible, I would give them 10 stars if possible! They were always available to answer questions or help with an issue that arose during our implementation process (which we had many!). We used their services primarily as part-time consultants/advisors but they also helped us out when things got difficult at times too - which made life easier all around!! LeadComm has been my go-to partner for over 10 years, they have always delivered results that are above expectations. They also work hard to understand your business model and needs and continue to evolve their offerings so you get what works best for you.
