Well, while it lasted. Excellent customer service.
The switch stopped working in less than 5 months. It was set to run all the time so it wouldn't get damaged with use. The exterior build quality is excellent and seems suitable for outdoor use. Wouldn't buy again. Update: Bestten customer service has contacted you to replace the product under warranty. There is a new piece that they delivered very quickly! 5 stars for customer service. Back to 4 stars (-1 because it stopped working the first time). Hope the replacement lasts longer!
