We've been using our machine for a week now and we love it! The foaming agent works very well and makes a lot of creamy foam. The car has one disadvantage. The water tank handle is held in place by a small, durable plastic pin. When we first filled the tank with water and picked it up by the handle, the pin snapped and the handle broke. We paid Koerig $29.95 for a replacement. We could have avoided the expense by returning the Revain product but to be honest it would have cost us more time than replacing the water tank. We were very disappointed that Keurig required us to pay for a replacement when the car was new. We hope that the designers will fix the design of the handle in the next generation of the machine.
