I would give zero stars if possible. This product is useless. The 2 spare batteries I bought from Litterboy were dead on arrival. None of them were good. And the battery in the citronella collar only lasted 2 days. I haven't abused it by leaving the collar on 24/7. The battery literally lasted a few hours. I threw the collar in a drawer, assuming it was defective. Then last week a friend came by and said maybe the problem with the collar was related to its original battery. We opened my pack of spare batteries, tried each one, and none of them got the collar working. I have come to the conclusion that the collar is defective. My friend bought a battery from a pharmacy and the collar works. I only opened the pack of replacement batteries last week, so I didn't know they were defective. NOW I see that the return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. Big Divorce. Nobody will realize that spare batteries are bad until they try to use them. Litterboy sells defective products.
