works great! Cleaned my new skillet well. With this oil, a little goes a long way. The brush is just the right size for brushing and won't attack the pan. Preserves spice. Rinse with water and brush out immediately after cooking, or shortly after while the pan is still warm. Turn on the stove to dry the pan, add oil and reheat. Everything is ready for the next use. Excellent material!
